Hi, I am Guangying Chen (陈光颖). Welcome to my website!
I am a 4th-year Ph.D. candidate in Marketing (Quantitative) at Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis, advised by Professor Tat Y. Chan and Professor Dennis J. Zhang.
My research interests broadly cover the areas of digital platforms, user-generated content, and recommender systems. I implement field experiments and utilize causal inference and structural models to study the interactions between recommender systems and users' consumption diversity, social engagement, and UGC creation on digital platforms.
